An 8 week course working with body, breath and mind to help bring balance and stability to the nervous system.  A sequence of gentle trauma informed yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation techniques will be built upon each week to bring nourishment to the nervous system and provide tools to work with in daily life.
Janny is an experienced teacher in Satyananda yoga, has trained in yoga therapy, and focussed professional development in developing somatic tools to support trauma healing.
