2025 Yoga classes
All yoga classes are a spacious 1.5 hours and include yoga postures, breathing techniques and a relaxation practice called yoga nidra.

A 10 week term of yoga classes are offered during each of the school terms. Term 2 starts 28th April.

Gentle Yoga for beginners
To provide a soft entry for those new to yoga or returning from a long break, I'm now offering a course of five Gentle Yoga classes. The next course starts 28th April.
Mondays 5.45pm - 7.15pm
