2025 Yoga classes
All yoga classes are a spacious 1.5 hours and include yoga postures, breathing techniques and a relaxation practice called yoga nidra.
Daytime classes
​​Daytime classes start Tuesday January 14th and are run on a 5-class pass system.
The 5-class pass must be used within 10 weeks of purchase.

Tuesdays 10am - 11.30am (Spaces available for new students)
Wednesdays 10am - 11.30am (One space available)
Thursdays 10.30am - 12noon (Two spaces available)​
Term 1 Evening classes starting February 11th
​​Term 1 starts February 11th 2025 with 9 weeks of yoga classes.

Tuesday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (General Yoga - some yoga experience required)
Wednesday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (In depth Yoga - for more experienced practitioners)
Thursday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (General Yoga - some yoga experience required)
