2025 Yoga classes
All yoga classes are a spacious 1.5 hours and include yoga postures, breathing techniques and a relaxation practice called yoga nidra.
Daytime classes
​​Daytime classes are run throughout the year on a 5-class pass system.
The 5-class pass must be used within 10 weeks of purchase.

Tuesdays 10am - 11.30am (FULL - please email to be waitlisted)
Wednesdays 10am - 11.30am (FULL - please email to be waitlisted)
Thursdays 10.30am - 12noon (FULL - please email to be waitlisted)​
Evening classes
A 10 week term of yoga classes are offered during each of the school terms. Term 3 starts 21st July.

Tuesday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (General Yoga - some yoga experience required)
Wednesday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (In depth Yoga - for more experienced practitioners)
Thursday 5.45pm - 7.15pm (General Yoga - some yoga experience required)

Gentle Yoga for beginners
A 5 week block of Gentle Yoga classes to provide a soft entry for those new to yoga or returning from a long break. The next block starts 21st July.
Mondays 5.45pm - 7.15pm

​Gentle Yoga is a perfect way to begin yoga. The environment is welcoming and supportive.​​​
You'll be fully guided.
