2025 Mindfulness courses

5-week Introduction to Mindfulness

 

This course lays the foundations for the practice of Mindfulness.   Each class will be an opportunity to practice and explore Mindfulness of the Body, Breath, Emotions and Thoughts in a supportive and inclusive environment.

5-week Developing Mindfulness

 

These courses are for those that would like to continue practicing and developing mindfulness in a group environment and with the guidance of a facilitator/teacher.
