Service Description

Be guided in using gentle yoga principles and practices to rebalance your nervous system, learn tools to reduce and manage PTSD symptoms and restore physical and mental health. Ahimsa has more than 15 years experience in helping trauma survivors regain health and happiness. In the first session we talk about what issues you're facing in the present, and start developing a yoga practice to relieve suffering and start you on the path to good health.
