For those interested in meditation, join me for a morning of conversation and meditation practice.
I'll talk about ~ the broad aims of meditation ~ various types of meditation ~ obstacles to meditation ~ the 8-limbed path of meditation set out by Sage Patanjali. The discussion will be practice-oriented with the aim of supporting you with your ongoing meditation practice at home or in class.
And of course, I'll offer a few guided meditation practices during the workshop.
