Yoga for the Nervous System -
a 3-class mini series

Join yoga teacher & nervous system coach Penny Jones for a 3-class mini-series. ​Each month, on a Saturday morning from 10-11.30am, you will explore how a different style of yoga (hatha, yin & restorative) can support your nervous system in a fast-paced world.

March 21: Hatha Yoga - moving energy
April 18: Yin Yoga – slowing down, exploring choice
May 23: Restorative Yoga – deep rest

Book for one or all three!
Each class will stand-alone, but you’ll get a more rounded understanding by coming to them all.
​
Each 1.5 hour session will include:
- a 5 minute settling meditation
- a 10 minute talk about a concept to explore through the practice
- 1 hour 15 minute yoga practice for nervous system support
- a handout to take home
- and an optional cuppa & chat afterwards
​
These sessions are for those that:
- are keen to explore how (& which types) of yoga can best support you & your nervous system
- would like to understand how & why our body, breath & nervous systems interact
- are curious about different styles of yoga
- would love some Saturday morning relaxation!
The classes are suitable for beginners & up.
Classes will be taught in a trauma-aware style with lots of options.
