Service Description
The Big End of Year Rest will be a 90 minute restorative yoga class that’s all about nourishing your nervous system. Think LOTS of props, ultimate comfort and lots of blankets!

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations before the start of a workshop or series, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration fee. Refunds for cancellations after the start of a workshop or series will be negotiated individually. A minimum 10% administration fee will apply. A full refund will be given if a workshop or series is cancelled by SHYAM.
