Service Description

For experienced practitioners with knowledge of hatha yoga asanas, classical pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, yoga nidra and meditation. A certain level of knowledge is assumed, so if you haven't been to SHYAM before, please contact Leela before enrolling.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations before the start of a 10 week course, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration fee. Refunds for cancellations after the start of a 10 week course will be negotiated individually. A minimum 10% administration fee will apply. A full refund will be given if a course cancelled by SHYAM. In conversation with your teacher, missed classes may be made up by attending another evening class during the same term, space permitting.
