Service Description

An 8 week course working with body, breath and mind to help bring balance and stability to the nervous system. A sequence of gentle trauma informed yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation techniques will be built upon each week to bring nourishment to the nervous system and provide tools to work with in daily life. Janny McKinnon is an experienced teacher in Satyananda yoga, has trained in yoga therapy, and focussed professional development in developing somatic tools to support trauma healing.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations before the start of a workshop or series, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration fee. Refunds for cancellations after the start of a workshop or series will be negotiated individually. A minimum 10% administration fee will apply. A full refund will be given if a workshop or series is cancelled by SHYAM.
