Restorative Yoga & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Relax & Heal with Yoga & Sound
rest | breathe | nurture

Cassie loves blending gentle, restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of crystal bowl sound meditation.

In 2012 Cassie completed her level 1 Reiki Course In Goa, India, and later her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Om Factory in New York City. She then spent several years teaching yoga for injury prevention in athletes. Recognising a strong connection between healing and sound, Cassie became interested in South Bath Meditations, undertaking further studies in sound healing. Cassie integrates restorative yoga with Crystal Singing Bowls in classes that support healing the body-mind. Find out more about these classes here.

Blending meditation and mindful movement, Cassie helps people find peace in daily life, while connecting spiritually with themselves and the world around them. Cassie’s nurturing nature and calm presence ensure these gentle classes will leave you feeling light, bright and at peace.

Cassie feels she will always be a student and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom from her teachers, and also students who have shared their practice with her along the way.
