What: 2 x one day workshop/retreats teaching you practices for the body, mind, heart and spirit.
When: Sundays 18th Oct and 1st Nov.
Where: Day one is at South Hobart Yoga & Meditation, Day 2 is on a waterfront property at Murdunna
Who: Ahimsa and Sangita are the teachers
Included: Yoga Day by Day, a book by Ahimsa which explains all the practices; morning and afternoon tea, all the wonderful teaching!
You bring: lunch to share, a neti pot (or buy one for $10)
Everything else you need to know will be provided when you book on.
